it was 4000 pounds. i have no clue whether that's a good price or not because i don't know anything about the leathers and i didn't even open the bag to look at the interior condition. i was in sticker shock lol.

i give the 2 ladies working there credit though. they were very helpful and laid back. i didn't feel like they were pushing for a sale, but then again i bet they get people coming in and buying without any need of persuasion.

Thanks - I'll have to pop in and have a look!

i wouldnt buy from there unless u really know ur h bags. i have seen authentic and fake h there. both.

I've read that before, but someone also mentioned that the store would offer a full refund if the bag turns out to be a fake. I guess it isn't worth the risk to everyone. And I think I'll go back and ask about authenticity- not sure if their policy has changed.

You can't bring a bag into H for the sole purpose of having it authenticated, can you? And if it is in good shape it wouldn't make sense to inquire about spa treatments and get them to authenticate it that way, right?

Yes absolutely pop in if you're in the area. I'd love to know what you think of the place. I had little shame in asking the ladies if they ever discount or negotiate on their H bags. They said they basically don't unless the customer is desperate for the money. As of my last trip there was a 40cm birkin that was "on sale" but I didn't inquire about the price because I knew a 40 is too big for me.

I think I'll be visiting the store at least a few more times while I'm in London, even if only to look and dream :p

Went back yesterday just to browse and they still had the green Kelly, a vintage red Kelly, croc Kelly, 2 croc birkins, a 30 cm Togo birkin for £5500 in a light beige color (sorry I don't know the real names), 40 cm black birkin, 2 blue Jean birkins (I think a 35 and 40), and maybe 1 or 2 others that I don't remember.

Their birkin stock has really changed since my last visit, so I guess they do really well with buying and selling birkins. Wonder when those crocs will sell! One man glanced at it, and the SA quickly said "you won't like the price"...

Bumping this thread.
I've been to Salou several years ago and was always a little taken aback by how many Birkin and Kelly bags they had for sale which always made me feel a little suspicious about authenticity.
Has anyone been there more recently?
Any feedback good or bad?
They dont have a website so its hard to know what they have and pricing.
I'm curious because once the current pandemic calms and my finances feel more secure I'd like to make a purchase but prefer not to buy from online but inspect and try in person
