I have an intrecciato large Pouch I've only had the opportunity to carry a few times (due to an extended time away from home). I've enjoyed it so far, and find it comfortable to carry under the arm. It can be heavy. While it fits as much as my medium size handbags, I prefer to carry less in The Pouch. I have a Samorga insert and use the pockets for cards and cash, rather than carry a wallet.
It's not an everyday bag for me, but The Pouch is a fun bag to mix things up. It has inspired me to add more clutches to my collection recently.
oh, i love mine!
i have a smooth black one, carried it everywhere, hotel staycation, formal events, dinner nights, daily errands....
dressed up, or down
i normally handcarry it, i love to hold it from the bottom, so it kinda hangs down off my hand, like a puppy, you get what i mean?
@lolo8617 If you have not seen it yet, there is a full thread dedicated to The Pouch. It's a long one, but you will probably find helpful information and photos. Worth checking out!
"The Pouch"
Okay peeps, here goes... This is the first in a series of threads showcasing Bottega Veneta silhouettes, both old and new. I thought I would start off with an easy one  This is a place to discuss the bag(s) pertaining to the title of the thread. A place to post information about the...forum.purseblog.com
I have 2 large pouches and do enjoy using them but I'm a clutch person so I like using them and do make the effort to use them for various activities - errands (that don't require the use of both hands a lot), nights out, lunch/dinner dates, etc. I don't consider the Pouch a daily use bag for myself.
As there isn't a strap, you should ask yourself if you like clutches and if you will use the Pouch enough in your own daily life to justify its purchase. The Pouch looks great styled in Instagram shots that one sees all over the Internet but if it doesn't fit your lifestyle then you probably won't reach for it as often.
