Thanks for the feedback! Here's a quick picture. It's just a smaller version of the regular Urbane on the website. I don't recall ever seeing it on the site, but it's possible I wasn't looking that closely. I'll try to post a modeling and what it holds picture, and provide the number of the bag later.
Thanks for the pics!! I love the look of this bag and the size! I hope you don't return it since it seems like these may never come around in large quantities based on the info from jan1124... but if you do return it please let us know because I will probably call that store and try to buy it lol! :graucho:

Love this size. Congratulations on getting it.

FYI, this is the medium size - I contacted JAX. Style no. 28159 - has never been distributed in the US, and currently no plans that it will be. I think it's a huge mistake on their part - as I think they'd have a huge market for it, the large being too big, the small, too small:sad:
Wow, thanks for the info!! I agree that its a mistake not to sell in the US, this would be a favorite for me.. but you never know, i think I remember seeing some bags that were never supposed to be released in the US on FOS... so it just might be a matter of time. I was going to ask for the dimensions, but I better not get too attached!

I think that medium Urbane may not be available; I think the SA is right. I have never even seen an Urbane bag and I would want the medium! Honestly I think you should keep it and not second guess yourself here. You can always just go and get the mini Borough too but if you pass this by it may not be around at all going forward.

That's so interesting! I live in the DC area and bought it at a local store (Tyson's Galleria)....how did it get there if it wasn't distributed in the US?

Maybe the style # has changed? That happened with another bag I was looking at recently.

It'll be interesting to see what style # your bag is. :)

I think you should go with your gut and keep your urbane. Functionality has its place but honestly unless you are constantly in and out of your purse on a daily basis and it would cause you a good bit of stress to the point that you would eventually not use it, you should carry and use the one you fell in love with.

The borough is here for the long haul so, unless you have your heart set on that definitive color, it can always be a purchase later down the road.

I just got home so here are some more pictures. I'm able to comfortably fit my Mulberry wallet, iPhone, small coin pouch, hand cream, tablets for nausea (I'm defending my thesis next week), mints, and a small pill box. I really like how it's flat, even with all the stuff in it. I checked the tag and the style number is 28159.

Nice! Thanks for posting! I checked with CS and 28159 is sold out--at least as of today.

Possibly a tourist return? Or a Coach employee bought/returned before they were distributed to another country? I know when the Madison Satchel in Dark Plume was released - it was only for the Asian market, however, it came in to JAX distribution center, and until they were sent to Asia, if you called, you could order one. If anyone caught that window that the medium Urbane was available, they could have easily ordered one. And foolishly returned:smile1:

....LOL, of course I had to know the dimensions - 10.6" X 8.6" (27cm X 22cm). Let's hope for an FOS release!

Thanks for all the feedback and lovely compliments! :flowers: I've decided to keep it since I was more drawn to it while in the store and I don't currently own anything like it. I hope that they decide to release it on a wider scale.
