The thing with the mini-Borough, is that even though you have three pockets, the dividing walls between those pockets (at least on the three-zip models) are a very forgiving fabric. So yes, "organization", but the dividing walls will mould around however *you* want to pack it. If you want to put something big in the bottom of one pocket ... ok, the walls will just move out of the way ... if that makes sense.
First pic is everything that will be going into it.
Next pic is what I call the back pocket: My spare keys with small loyalty-cards (it's a pretty bulky key set) go in the rounder pocket. Clip on sunglasses and pack of kleenex in the slip pocket. Well-filled wristlet next to slip pocket. My bronze metallic Lodis long case is behind the wristlet (you can't see it though because I see the fabric dividing wall has kind of bubbled forward over top of it. Trust me, it's back there. My comb is also underneath all these things. And I could put a little more on top in this pocket if I wanted to.
Next pic is the middle pocket. Daughter's epi pen goes at the bottom, main set of keys on top. (Where that epi pen is, is where I'd probably put sunglasses, if I used a full set instead of my little clip-ons.) This pocket is also where I traditionally shove receipts while shopping.
Next pic is front pocket, with an LV small zippy, LV cles, and my flip phone. I could also switch out the zippy/cles and use my small empreinte wallet instead. Orrr, a small
Coach wallet and mini-skinny.
All zippers glide easily closed, and as I said, I could probably put a little more in. The thing is, like I said, even though it's divided in three, those fabric walls will mould to your dividing your contents just about any way you want to.
The only caveate I'd give is that the suede-and-glove-tanned mini-Borough is a little less forgiving. Construction is the same on that one, but it doesn't use zippers along the top. It uses magnetic closures that are not quite as strong as magnetic snaps. As a result, filling too full overcomes the power of the magnets and the closures might try to open.
