I have Boheme navy and enjoy it very much. Decided to get a new one in burgundy..
Goyard policy changed again, when I bought my navy last year, they said I have to buy with personalization/painting. So I have to pay extra. And now, I have to buy other stuff, it means I have to pay extra too.. I decided to get navy card holder for my hubby (which he refused so it’s mine now).
Am I being bullied by the store ?? But since I like it so much, I just paid for it. :lol:

How was this requirement communicated? Also in what country did you purchase this?

My SA told me I can purchase Boheme only if I paid for the painting. I can’t have the plain one. Sadly the painting is on the pouch which to be honest useless spending that amount. Nobody will see. That was last year.
What happened few days ago, is the same situation, I can only buy Boheme only if I buy other stuff, can be slg or bag. This time the bag is plain, but because I need to pay something, at the end still feels like they are forcing me to spend more. They said Boheme is very popular, so I can’t just buy the bag.
Both happen in Singapore store. Just wondering if anyone has the same experience as me..

Must be a Sing thing. NYC boutique has all the colors readily available to buy. At least you’re enjoying your bags and wallet!

This is very bold…I have not been told that when I called to about possibly purchasing a Boheme. I’m in the US.

Regarding that policy you’ve mentioned, it’s strange !
In Europe there are no policies that u need to personalize or get another item to be able to buy from the botique.

hi, just wanted to say that i had the same experience in singapore store. the SA told me that i have to buy one other item which can be anything so i’m not sure yet what to get if i want to purchase the classic boheme! or should i suck it up and buy one with painting (on the pouch)??
