Oh! My bank approved my claim once I sent in the receipt for blush ava and MK's return policy. My bank covers the cost for 90 days if the retailer does not accept the item back, but I just mailed it to them, waiting on my refund now :D I feel so much better. I love blush sutton a lot and it is more of a classic and practical style for me.

That's great news! Glad to hear you got full money back on Blush Ava. I do love Blush Sutton, she's very very gorgeous. Have you worn her much yet?

Not yet because I wanted to make sure that I get my money back first! I will probably wear her when I for sure have the check in my hands from my bank :) In the meantime I've been obsessing over my new to me Rebecca Minkoff bag that i posted in the "Other bags besides MK" thread. i love all the details and pockets when carrying a lot of things with me to the library, which is where I go every day these days!

Nothing was wrong with her, but I preferred small blush sutton, and I couldn't return Ava to MK anymore since it was past the return period and I did not want to sell her since I would lose about $60-$70 since I paid full price plus tax for her (after ebay/paypal/shipping fees), plus no one wanted to buy it at full price on ebay. Instead of losing money I decided to use my credit card's return protection service which covers returns within 90 days of purchase ($500 max a year I think) if the merchant will no longer accept the item. It still had tags and it was unused so they approved it.

I returned the medium Sutton and NS Hamilton in blush because they just look like a boring nude color to me. I didn't see any hints of pink. I wish I did because that was exactly what I wanted. Anyone have the Hamilton in blush to post?
