I have been wearing my blue agate 5-motif bracelet daily for a few months. I took shower with it, did cooking and workout while wearing it. So far I don't see any issue with my BA bracelet. It still looks very beautiful.

I have observed 2 minor chips on the edge of 2 motifs, but they are not noticeable unless I examine the motifs very closely. I am not sure if the chips were present when I first purchased the bracelet, or if they were a result of normal wear-and-tear, or just a stress-spot from the motif-cutting process...
Other than the very minor chips (could be due to normal wear-and-tear), I do not see any obvious imperfection.

Thank you for the reply! I figure normal wear and tear is typical, but am concerned about any large chips that are super obvious to the eye. Sounds like this is not the case and blue agate is pretty hardy.

Feeling a tad better about the purchase now. Excited to share this as soon as it arrives! Thanks all!

I would keep an eye on it. I had a very large crack in one of my motifs after wearing it a handful of times. It took them 2 months to fix it. There’s pics of it a few pages back.

I wouldn’t necessarily worry about it though because I think some of the motifs are faulty. I don’t think it has anything to do with wear and tare. And also they will fix it.
