You can definitely sign up in stores, in fact, it might be better :smile1: Unless things have changed, the SA gets some reward for getting customers to open cards so I'm sure there will be a few SAs more than happy to help you in stores. Good luck, hope you find something you like!

i'm in bay area & the only dept. store carries Chanel handbags is NM, which only gives you "points" when opening store card... how come Saks & Bloomingdale here don't carry any Chanel bags? :confused1:

i just got my classic flap from the chestnut hill bloomingdales! this one is a lot less crowded than ny and scp i guess. and the SAs were so so so so sweet. they helped me open an account and pay for the bag within minutes without any problems at all.

i had my classic on hold from three days ago. and i asked today if they had any classics in other colors or sizes, and the SAs told me that they are all out of classics.. the ones out on the shelves were all black and lambskin. i did see a black half moon woc, but not a red one. it wouldn't hurt to call them and check! their number is 617-630-6723 :)

Hello ladies~

Has anyone tried opening a card via phone while you have added security on your credit history at the credit bureaus? When I opened my Verizon account I had to jump through hoops even though I was at Verizon physically, not sure about opening account via phone. . .

Any information is appreciated!!! thanks~
