I am so annoyed. I tried to do live chat last night to see why my 30% off code would not work and the live chat was not working. So I contacted Bloomingdales this morning to find out when the code expires since it was only 11:20 pm PST when I tried to use it. They said the codes expire at midnight est but that is bullsh*t since I tried to use it before that. Then she tried to say it was because I was using it on an item that was excluded but I had put the item in my cart in the afternoon with the code to see how much it was for and it showed the discount. Anyway, she offered me 10% off and I told her that I would rather pay full price at Nordstrom.

Good for you! I'm annoyed with bloomys too! I tried contacting customer service last night also but of course live chat was down as well as the phone and there's no appropriate email address to contact them. No where on the promo email did it state that it will end at midnight EST so when it was still working around 10:30pm PST I assumed it was good 'til midnight PST so I was bummed when I tried to checkout at around 11:30pm and the code no longer worked. Totally wasted my time!
