Aww man that sucks!!! But if what you're buying is usually excluded.. then go ahead and suck it up. I got the TB Aaden boots (and I had a 10% off code).. I was already kicking myself for not buying during TB's friends and family..(originally wanted Selma's).. but this worked.. I got a better deal and got to use some Bloomies gc's I had sitting around.
But now you guys say you can use the 25% again... I took a Burberry quilted jacket out of my cart bc I said I maybe able to get a better deal later.. but this might be an omen for me to go back for it. Let me register another email.. lol.. now if the 10% comes and the 25% works again.. it's meant to be!

I bought something with the 10% code through the phone a few days ago. Even the customer service rep. say people almost never receive it now but you can call them and they will put it on your order...
If someone has a code they're not using and wouldn't mind passing it along, I would greatly appreciate. Thank you and have a great weekend! =)
Ok, for anyone who has yet to get the 25% promo code, if you do Live Chat and explain that you somehow did not receive the email containing the promo code, they will allow you to place the order either with them and they will apply the 25% off or they will adjust your order if you just placed it. I just did this and everything worked out smoothly. Give it a shot! =)
