I know; I was hoping Marc Jacobs would be on sale also. You might try going to the store and see if the SA will put it through. During the last sale, the online store wouldn't discount Marc Jacobs but when I went to the local store, the SA associates was able to ring up the discount. Unfortunately, I didn't care for their in stock selection.

I tried calling the customer service number and she gave me a 10% off code, but after I hung up I realized it was to Macy's?

Macy's Inc. owns Bloomingdales now. I found that out when I called customer service one time to change an online order and I got routed to Macy's customer service. Macy's has done quite a job taking out its competitors over the years.

The stores have much better deals than online!!Just went to Soho during lunch to pick up the Hunter Boots I got on pre-sale and a number of bags are 30% off and then you can use the F&F coupon on top of that!! I ended up buying a MBMJ. I forgot that some depts will feature items for 30% off and all sale items are now an extra 40% off plus you can use F&F on top of that. I wish I had time to look around. Also, even though Aqua is excluded from the coupon, in-store a few styles are 20% off.

Chloe, TB were included for the F&F for bags but not shoes.
