Once you placed your order online, you can either call (1-888-282-6060) or live chat a sales representative. From my experience with online purchases, live chatting works best. When your connected, give them your order number and tell them you want a price match. They normally ask for the competitors website/product URL to look into it. After verifying, the difference will be credited back to you.

NOTE: The competitors item has to be the exact same size, color and must be in stock.

Hello, I have a question on F&F and price adjustment. I was at the store last week and bought some shoes at the pre-sale F&F. Then on Sunday I called the same store to ask if they have a pair of shoes I saw online. The associate said they don't have it but could help order and have it shipped to me. When asked about the pre-sale F&F she said it doesn't apply since item was not in-store. The next day the online F&F started! :nogood:

I asked CS if they can adjust the price but was told since I ordered before the start of the promotion they can't. The item shipped after the promotion has started and I am thinking if it doesn't fit, I will bring it back to the store. If it is a keeper, can I go to the store and ask for PA? :confused1:
