OKay, they're finally advertising the on-line sale on Bloomies.com, but they don't give a code to activate the sale....I went almost all the way through checkout and was paying full price. Am I missing something?

Unfortunately, Tory Burch is part of the exclusions on that one.

However, Bloomingdales came out with a new offer today for 20% off any two pairs of shoes (sale or regular price) with promo code SHOESALE, which is good now through May 3 and Tory Burch is NOT excluded! This one can also be used in-store. Here's the link to that printable coupon:

To answer your question tresjoliex, it looks like the fine print says you can't combine the certificates.
