I don't think they have a time limit on returns.

i do believe it applies to Jewelry as well...Bloomies has fab return policy...you may be able to return shoes & buy at better price! always helps when u know SA's...i also remember getting an email just a few days ago about 30% off shoes...never hurts to try...
