I bought two pairs of jeans and already received my $25 rewards card for loyallist points. I plan to probably return one pair when I see which one fits best, so does anyone know what happens to my reward card?

That's how it's supposed to work, but I was able to get $150 off a $600 purchase through online chat
. The best part is, I got it for an item that's excluded from the discount 
Is anybody else frustrated? I cannot get my code to work and am on live chat where they said the dress is not excluded. She has no answer why my code is not working..I copy and pasted from the email. I added sale and non-sale items to test it. And live chat is making me super mad!
OMG, just spent an hour and half in live chat trying to get second $25 off my $230 order...lady was really clueless and tried to give me all sorts of "reasons" why I could not get the second $25. When I would not accept her "reasons" nor a code for a future order, she eventually took off the extra 25, but I wasted all that time.. Next time, I will call them, but I'm really not happy about how strict Bloomies has become!

1. i made an order 2 nights ago and they did not honor my code. DVF is not excluded bc I used it in store
2. i got a blouse for $70 in store and it is $180+ online. do they match store prices?

I just got an email that one of my items was out of stock....coincidence with me trying to get the second $25 via live chat??? I think Bloomies plays tricks with their inventory. I have noticed items come and go out of stock depending on whether there is a sale going on...like they don't want us to get too good of a discount!!
