They sent a coupon code in the mail on the back of one of the papers that came w the sale circular. The thing that is ridiculous is that it only allows you to use it once

oops my bad for not reading properly! I read that if you order a beauty product you can get free shipping on your order even if it's under $150. maybe try that? otherwise I am no help. sorry!

You need a code. It was sent via mail / email.

.....ok online it won't let me use the code for $25/off for DVF
but i got something in store today and the sales associate used a code for DVF

....does anyone know the difference or have any other codes that could work on DVF?

You don't need to be a cardholder but have to be part of their loyallist program (free to sign up). I think you rack up more points if you pay with their card though. If you are a loyallist, you should have received an email with the offer code and a hard copy to use in store.
