Black jade bean necklace - thoughts?

I am really attracted to the Tiffany Bean necklace in black jade. Does anyone have this necklace that can speak to whether it is versatile? Also wondering if 16” is too short and if I should ask Tiffany to lengthen to 18”? Please show modeling pics if you have any?

The necklace looks really nice. And yes, I think you should get the length increase to 18-inch.

I have this necklace and I never thought to expand the length. I think it's just fine at 16". I don't wear it too often but when I do, I always get compliments on it. Give it at try at 16" and if you're not happy with the length, then I'm sure they can expand it.

I was pretty convinced on the jade bean but now also noticed this piece, Sugar stack onyx necklace. Opinions...jade bean or this onyx piece?

They didn't have the sugar stack necklace at the time I bought mine otherwise I would have been in your same boat with being stumped on which one to choose. I probably would have leaned towards the sugar stack one only because it's a little more elegant.

I am partial to the jade bean. It would even look cool sitting higher up on a short chain...like 14 1/2in.
