Ooh, I have this bag and your pics are making me want to break it out of the closet again. It's a great bag!!! And I LOVE the key -- I've always loved different, unique keys myself, ever since I was a little girl (I think it came from watching Alice in Wonderland.

How do you plan to add a long shoulder strap? I'm curious because I'd love to learn how and perhaps do it for my own bag.
