I remember when I was 18, I wanted a Neverfull soooo bad(still do!)

but my mom likes the Speedy B better, so she gave me that one instead.

decade passed and I still haven’t own a Neverfull. I’m still indecisive wether I will use a tote much as I’m more like crossbody girl.

But definitely when I was in college I was so jealous of girls who had Neverfull and can fill everything in her bag while I have to carry my laptop around in my hand

Totally avoiding leather may be difficult. Some items that are canvas on the outside still have a leather lining, including at least some of the key pouches.

^this. I’d forget canvas lv since I can’t think of a bag that doesn’t have any leather. If you want a non leather designer bag I’d go with a Stella McCartney. But a kid going off to college probably doesn’t need a designer bag. A waterproof backpack to carry books would likely be more useful.

If she doesn’t do leather finding something in LV is going to be difficult. Why not get her a Telfar bag (perfect for college) and a piece of jewelry she will treasure forever.
