This was originally a private message, and I see that domlee covered most of the same things, but maybe it'll be of interest to folks hitting the H sale in Beverly Hills.

I don't think I'll do a reveal, but I got a lot of the Saint Louis crystal. It's so pretty and at 70% off, there was no way I could pass on it. I got a few H plates as well.
If you go, the first thing that you come to when they let you in is several bins of small leather goods. It is well worth your time to check these out as there are some hidden treasures there. I saw a really nice box calf wallet which I only passed on because I'd just bought an H wallet last year. There are some very nice globetrotters in discontinued colors (like pistachio, which I also used my willpower to ignore!). If you see small orange boxes, open them. They have earrings inside. I was hoping one might contain cufflinks, but I did not find any. There are also about 2 dozen belts -- none really interesting, at least to me. Opposite that are several racks of canvas bags. I saw someone mention that they had leather ones, but if they did, they were definitely gone by the time I got in (noon -- I REALLY misjudged traffic). But they had many canvas and canvas with leather trim ones. Then you'll see the scarves. Most of the ladies looking at them were not that thrilled. I liked one that was a lot of woven H ribbons, but for the most part I asked about your pumpkin/squash one (and my azulejos, just because it'd have killed me if someone said they found it there!) and moved on.
Then you turn a corner and you have on one side even more canvas bags, and on the other side, an excellent selection of ties, all for $99. The heavy silk ones are also just $99. I only found one I liked, but that was because a lot of them I had already paid full retail.
Next is the men's ready to wear. On the last hanging rack, check out the green croc jacket. Then realize that a $38,000 jacket, even with a 60% off markdown, is still $18,000. But touching it and coveting is free...
Turn the next corner and you're in women's ready to wear and shoes. There could very well have been men's shoes, but I could not get close enough to look. They also had some H towels, again, nothing spectacular, and some robes. I saw earlier reports that there were blankets, but certainly not while I was there.
Then you turn the final corner. This is where hopefully you've brought a friend to chat with, or there are games on your phone. There are two registers going, and the delay is not from the H people working the registers -- it's from people considering and reconsidering their purchases. This is when they realize that just because someone else was looking at it longingly when I picked it up does not mean I actually want it! It took me 40 minutes to actually make my purchase.
I think I'll paste this in the shopping info as others might find it useful.
If I were you I'd go sometime during the week. I cannot imagine the hell it would be on Saturday.

My favorite thing at the store wasn't on sale, but in the watch area, Hermès now sells a 6-watch winder in ebony. It was around $16-17K, I can't recall which. But it is now the Hermès object I desire most.
(Why can't they make a 2-watch one?!? I only "need" a 2-watch one. But wow, it's beautiful.)
