Unfortunately there are a lot of fakes of the Soho line.

File a claim through PayPal. That worked much more quickly than going to them directly

I had mine authenticated on tpf here. It was determined FAKE. If you bought one, I hope you also have it authenticated. I called customer service and they gave me a hard time. So, I am now paying for an authentication service that will give me a certificate. I will keep you posted. Get yours checked!!

I bought a Fendi bag on the Gilt web site back in 2009. I used it for years and gave away to my cousin. Now I wonder if it's fake too.

I bought my Gucci disco bag in ruelala too. Where did you go to have it authenticated?

Thanks for sharing. Ruelala is no longer guaranteeing authenticity for bags. It's crazy and sad imo.

The btr doesnt sell fake, r u sure u authenticated it at the legit place? I know gucci doesnt authenticate bags.

Unfortunately BTR had been selling fake soho disco bags. If you purchased one don't make the assumption that it's real, you should get the bag authenticated.

Authenticate4u will professionally authenticate but they do charge a fee.

was considering buying the Gucci Soho from BTR today... changed my mind... the LVs they sell are used and picture shows damage....they don't say whether the Gucci is new or used.... just not worth the hassle for me
