I had mine authenticated on tpf here. It was determined FAKE. If you bought one, I hope you also have it authenticated. I called customer service and they gave me a hard time. So, I am now paying for an authentication service that will give me a certificate. I will keep you posted. Get yours checked!!

I just got a second opinion that I paid for the service. It was also reported as fake also. I'm hoping this was a small incident, but just thought I'd share my experience. For $600, I'm expecting a real Gucci.

So sorry you got a fake you should post this on the EBay forum as well to make other buyers aware. Hopefully you will get your refund now that you got your authentication keep us posted.

This is really awful, I am very sorry for you.

I don't know anything about their business but if I was you I would escalate it to the hilt!

Is it all from beyond the rack? When I check the pictures on btr lately for the Gucci disco some really look fake... I am no expert... Obviously...[emoji16]

I personally wouldn't trust that site from now on... Until otherwise proven to me they really sell genuine stuff... Especially with poor customer service and difficult return policy ...

Unfortunately they use stock photos when you purchase so there's no way yo tell it's fake until you get it. Never again will I buy from them. They took a month to ship, now my item is fake and I bet it takes another month to get a refund!

So sorry this happened. I am glad I followed my gut. I hope you get your refund soon!! I know there was another tPfer that purchased one that was fake. I hope she got her money back too.

So sorry...That is terrible! You should report them to Gucci...they might be able to shut them down.

Yes! This happened to me as well. I ordered mine in May and didn't receive it until a month later. If they would have shown me a picture of the bag that I actually received I would have never fallen for it. I opened it and it was back in the box with the return label the next day

The customer service reps I dealt with were very nice and understanding. My refund did take a long time though. It was supposed to be one or two weeks after they received the item to their warehouse. Luckily I paid through PayPal. I make sure to pay with PayPal on any website that accepts it, just in case.

I filed a claim after 2 weeks and my refund was back on my pp acct first thing this morning.

I'm still waiting for the darn refund from btr!!! Worst experience ever!!
