Same here!

Yankee is 50k and Citi is 45k...plus there are probably games going on that weekend so they can't take the ballparks....guessing for 2 shows only in the NYC area they need the largest venue possible which would be MetLife. That traffic is going to be insane.

ETA: actually just looked at the Yanks schedule, they're not here those two days...they most certainly can use Yankee stadium.

They want people to remember how fabulous they are. They are beguiling their fans with stuff like this, probably to divert attention from the elevator incident.

I thought from the get go they would add Yankee Stadium. Very suprised that they didn't.

Pretty sure the Mets would consider cancelling their game if their was a conflict on the schedule. lol.

I think they don't care what the release anymore cause this marriage has hit the skidz. I see them fulfilling contractual obligations, and I would be surprised to hear separation announcement.
