I think the black dress is more than likely too small on her, her boobs look like they're being completely squashed in an outward direction. Its pretty easy to make 'em look manly like that when they are squashed that way and screaming for air

Out of 5 million pictures you take one from a shoot with her boobs being put in position and call them fake (although you still can't see an implant here). There are enough pictures of Bey in a bikini where her boobies don't look like that but completely normal, so stay corrected.
