There aren't paps in NO. Drew Brees had a gala over the weekend, Solange lives here, as do other celebs. They walk freely around the city and no one bothers them...well, except that one time with Cuba Gooding when they were filming "The Butler"...lol

I think it looks better than before. She looks cute with her twist out and her bow in her hair. Better a natural hairstyle than a relaxer with all those dangerous chemicals. Sh needs some afro puffs. Nothing is cuter on a little girl than afro puffs.
