The way Solange tried to "lay hands" on Jay tells me that she never really liked him. Because I cannot imagine a situation that has you this angry that your fighting in a thousand dollar gown

I don't get why everyone is saying Beyonce's behaviour is weird... to me she and the bodyguard look to be behaving exactly as I'd expect them to behave in that situation. Unless you're an aggressive person you're better off not physically engaging someone in that state.

They may have been the only four people in that elevator but the elevator is still a public place and they're (B and the bodyguard) behaving exactly as I'd expect people to behave in a a public space. I once had someone shout at me in an elevator and you do behave differently in that space than you would if it was your own home.

You don't have to be an aggressive person to either pull your sister away or push your husband away in a situation like this.

Even if someone would harass me verbally, I would never kick or hit them. Let alone my brother in law. Let alone in a hotel elevator!

It's always easy to say what we would 'never' do. Because unfortunately none of us knows what goes in in their homes or personal lives, we don't know what led up to the incident. We are only seeing the after..

Jayoncé ain't dissolving. They both love the power couple angle too much and as far as that part of it goes neither of them can do better. Beyoncé would have to marry ***** lol. Fortunately he's taken.

Unless you know that action will make the situation worse. Maybe she's been down this road before and knows how volatile her husband and her sister are... who knows. I'm just saying you can't know exactly what's happening in that elevator... there are more than a few ways to interpret that footage.

Also at some point Beyonce seems to be having words with Jay-Z and there are two occasions where it sorta looks like she puts her body between Jay-Z and her sister, it's not like she's doing absolutely nothing.

All I'm saying is you don't have to be an 'aggressive person to intervene', as your previous posts suggested.

Look at Bey .56-1.22 of the video, it looks as if she is giving Jay an earful and several times he points at himself as if to say "it's not me, it's her..." You can tell by her body language and the way she is looking at him that during that time that she is giving him some mouth. Never does she seem to be telling her sister to calm down. So whatever had Solo upset, I think Bey felt like she had a right to be upset about it.

This! I thought the same thing

Jay looks confused

Beyonce is trying to keep up appearances

and Solange is just all the way pissed

Weed makes you aggressive? But I...never mind.

This whole story is stupid. If you're gonna blame drugs don't say it's weed.

Exactly. I've never met a person that became aggressive while high on pot. Unless they were also doing other drugs or drinking alcohol.

Ok! Hell, im thinking everybody in Hollywood is a 'drug user' if you're talking about weed.

Not just Hollywood! A lot of "average" people smoke pot too. I don't even consider it a drug, but we won't go into that here. :)

I agree, it looks like she's telling Jay off. She's just not getting physical. It appears she had a few words for Sol too.

My sister went off on my ex-husband like that once. We were all drinking, and he said something (can't even remember what it was) that set her off. She punched him in the eye. I tried to get them both to calm their azzes down, but I wasn't about to get in the middle of it, physically. So I don't blame Bey at all, since we don't know what she did or didn't say.

It does explain why she was sitting at that game the other night like a bump on a log. I kept waiting for her to move, and she never did. Never clapped or anything. I guess she was still salty.
