I love Bethenny, but something tells me she is not as rich as we think. Yes she is a millionaire now, but what had me thinking was when she told the story of how, the house she is renting in LA had a rat and fleas. What millionaire rents a house with rats?

She may have sold the Skinny Girl for over $100M, but she also has a partner who worked behind the scenes to get her drink noticed. So I'm sure, he made sure he got his fair share.

So she may not be the struggling, single girl she used to harp about, but she's not doing too damn bad for herself.

I don't like her but didn't she buy her apartment for $5m? If you can afford a $5m home (plus $1m in renovation costs), you can obviously afford to buy real bags.

She obviously has some money....nowhere near $100m though.

She buys authentic resells from members here, I have no reason to assume she carries counterfeits.

I love and am such a fan of Bethenny Frankel. I know she loves getting deals and buys things off of ebay.. and I remember she once said in an interview that she went to an event once wearing a designer dress that everyone loved.. little did they know it was a replica/look-a-like of a designer dress.. I think that's what the story was.

However, I don't believe that she knowingly sports fake bags. Yes she loves buying things for cheaper but I think buying fake designer bags crosses the line.

But it would be ironic... multimillionnaire sports fake bag... women who have to struggle to afford Hermes sport Birkins..

I think she is just smart with her money, after struggling for so long I am sure she is not about to let it slip through her fingers.

I heard the deal with Beam was less than 10 Mil but she gets a cut of the sales. She could be worth 100 total with her books, products, etc who knows by now .. her talk show, etc etc ... you never the know the grand total with everything combined and what other deals she has brokered since selling SkinnyGirl, if she got the 25 Mil in sales commission etc so I have no doubt she could be worth that much plus her Bravo show ran for 3 seasons ... But even in todays economy the 1% are buying less though still high quality and luxury just less of it ( not looking at you Beyonce and Russian Heiresses ).
