I use Murad rapid dark spot correcting serum on my face and hands and have had wonderful results. Must use consistently. I also use Murad sunscreen and moisturizer.

I started using Lion Pose, I showed my dermatologist and he said he likes the ingredients in there and to use it in addition to my retinol.
I don’t know what medical facial spas there are in my area, but I am going to look around. I might get into regular facials for now just to get into a routine for now until I find something more of what I am looking for.
Look at both Dr Idriss' skin care line and Remedy by Dr Shah. Both are licensed derms with very good products. Allies of Skin is excellent as well.
I've not tried Remedy yet, but I use both Dr Idriss and Allies of Skin. Allies is expensive but they often give you a full sized product as a gift if you spend a minimum plus they have a pretty good point system. Dr Idriss is all about evening the appearance of your skin ( she had melasma with her pregnancies) and Allies also has a great product for fading dark spots.
Remedy Dark spot remover gets mixed reviews not so much for the product but for the way
it is packaged, difficult to get the product out from various reviews, so that could be a problem
& it also seems that Remedy doesn't stand behind the difficulty opening the package, so no
returns if the package has been opened, FYI
These reviews are current. Revamping the product is one thing, the packaging
still gets unfavorable comments
I use Algenist products. They work well for my skin. I have been using them for more than 10 years now. They have some retinols and serums with Vit C.
