Elena at Cartier Crystal’s Las Vegas is outstanding!! Best customer service, very friendly and not pushy. I’ve been to all the boutiques in Vegas and none have disappointed although imo Wynn was the busiest and took a little while before someone could help us.

If you're ever in the Bay area shop with Amber at the San Jose location!
I purchased my thin JUC with her and she was just so sweet! I've had a bad experience with other SAs with them not taking me seriously if I don't look like I'm going to make a purchase. But Amber was so welcoming and informative! I was about to walk out of the store because the previous SA brushed me off- but I'm so glad I stayed!
She's my go-to, wouldn't want to shop with anyone else!

A year later, but seconding this! I recently made my first purchase (JUC ring) at Cartier and Amber at the San Jose location was absolutely fantastic! Very patient and helpful. Definitely going to shop with her in the future.
