I've heard many stories about the SAs being rude and unhelpful in some boutiques and others being nice so I just assumed that it depends on the boutique.
Which boutiques gave you the best experience whilst shopping, I don't mind travelling anywhere around the world to get one because we don't have any cartier boutiques where I live.

Sherry in Tyson’s galleria (outside of Washington DC) is my absolute favorite. She doesn’t try to just make a sale, I’ll bounce ideas off her and she will give honest feedback. She remembers super small details that happen during conversations. Sent me a follow up text a month after I bought my juc to make sure I still loved it.
Honestly love her. But I usually stick to one sales associate and it’s been her so I can’t really speak to the others, but every time I’m in there they seem nice and helpful. Even when I tell them I’m waiting for Sherry.

Houston was by far the worst boutique I've ever been to, hands down - but they're also the only boutique with rude SAs that I've come across. I've been to countless boutiques, both domestic and overseas, and have had 99.9% amazing experiences with the exception of River Oaks.

Jules Mckenzie from Cartier Yorkdale in Toronto is just the best of the best. Wonderful woman with a great attitude and has actual interest in jewelry and luxury goods. She doesn't pressure you to buy anything, shows the rare items, encourages you to explore their pieces, and is one of the first Cartier employees I've met in years who has a personality. Love her!

I had an amazing experience with Justin Harris in Toronto on Bloor Street last Saturday.
While I didn’t buy he spent a really long time helping me walk through my choices, try different options and sizes and suggested I try some bracelets that were not on my radar as an alternate option plus a couple pieces that were way way way out of my range and he knew but suggested it would be fun since I admired them. Justin was lovely and clearly very passionate about the brand.

If you're ever in the Bay area shop with Amber at the San Jose location!
I purchased my thin JUC with her and she was just so sweet! I've had a bad experience with other SAs with them not taking me seriously if I don't look like I'm going to make a purchase. But Amber was so welcoming and informative! I was about to walk out of the store because the previous SA brushed me off- but I'm so glad I stayed!
She's my go-to, wouldn't want to shop with anyone else!

UGH. I'm sorry to hear this - Houston is my closest boutique. Maybe I'll wait until go back to DC and try @americanroyal89's SA recommendation!

I had an amazing/ awesome experience my first time walking in the Short Hills Cartier. Jan Mark was my SA. He was super helpful and friendly.

Also did a tour of the Cartier on 5th Ave in NYC a few years ago and had a wonderful experience.

Is she still working there? I am in process of making an appointment in Tysons.

All the SA's at the Ala Moana boutique in Honolulu are exceptional. Go see Kevin.
I agree! They are all super sweet at Ala Moana. My SA was Miwa. She texted and email me after I got back from our trip to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

My Fiancé had a lot of help with Isabel at the at the Palo Alto boutique picking out my engagement ring.

I don’t live in SF but go frequently. Lana is my SA there and she is absolutely fantastic. Very quick to respond, knows exactly what to say and recommend. She was out sick one time and got a colleague to help us- Stephanie. She was also fabulous. Cannot recommend either of them enough.
