So we can say it's around 14.5" wide and 10" tall..... well the Icare is 15.5" x 11.4" so it should fit in there, though probably not with a sleeve on it.

Hey after checking that I just realised I made a boo-boo in comparing the Icare to the size of the Deauville - I googled it and the first time around and got the info from details on a Neverfull GM "Deauville" without reading the full sentence properly! I just saw 'Deauville measurements' and went for it. 
I just figured maybe the Icare looked bigger because it was squarer, lol! The Deauville's actual measurements are: 14"" L x 11"" H x 6"" W, and that's why the 15" Macbook as well as my 13" will fit in there.

yeah, it might be a snug fit tho. I'll bring it to the store one time and try it out.
Well you'd have nearly half an inch at each end but the height is going to be an issue.. if the laptop sat dead centre in the bag I'm sure you could zip it closed though as it'd be able to accommodate it a bit more there than right by the sides. Definitely needs a testrun though! Surely someone here has tried it, maybe make a new thread asking? There isn't a Clubhouse thread on the Icare and no other current thread about it really to go to.
I'm going for the Icare!!! Will let you all know when I find one - am visiting LV next week whilst in the city briefly, but unless something crazy happens to my bank account between now and then I'll need to just have a play with it and then go a reseller given that Australian RRP..

I loved the idea of a black tone canvas, and especially that it's such a departure from the normal LV canvases, but whenever I see Graphite I just can't get my eyes around it - it's like a whole chunk of my view has turned to black and white! I do love the idea of it being easier to match than the brown though, and of course again no vachetta, so am definitely curious and keen to have a play with one and see how it sits on me!

Hi - I know this thread is very old. Does anyone have any photos of a LV Deauville with a 13” laptop inside? I love it, and really want it to work but after seeing this thread I’m not sure it will…thanks! X
