Hi, I have noticed this too - that it's one person authenticating. Is this a good or bad thing? I'm considering purchasing a vintage item from their website...

I'm not sure, he seems ok, but I don't know his background but he also seems to have a pretty heavy workload. Maybe another TPFer has more information. It would be nice to have a little bio about their authenticator.

I‘ve only bought once from Labellov but their customer service was excellent. Prompt responses to questions, and plenty of messages keeping me updated about delivery. The bag arrived very quickly, beautifully packed, and was in nearly new condition. The marks that they’d highlighted in their photos were superficial and easily polished out. I’d definitely buy from them again.
