I think a lot depends on your SA. I had an almost unpleasant experience at 5th Ave once, and then had a very good experience with a different SA subsequently. Finding a good SA and developing a relationship seem to be the key.

Cartier 5th Avenue is a Must-See! Its so amazing. They have the most amazing jewels on display.

But.. to buy.. Short Hills. 7% sales tax over almost 10%

.... I am not sure how far.. King of Prussia is.. hmmmm. Might have to check that out. I think its 6%. LOL

I DEFINTIELY want to check out the flagship store in NYC! I am originally from NJ, so I would end up buying at Short Hills anyway, it's funny, I never stopped in there before...
