Yes i agree wit u. Pamela Anderson was the pioneer of boob jobs. She created such a treand nevrtheless.

The main reason is that all most all celebs consider boobs as a part of promoting themselvs.

I really think it's impossible to know who's real and who's fake these days. Boob jobs can be so good that I think sometimes the fake ones look better than the real ones!
