I think it looks lovely and I think a WOC is always a winner in ones wardrobe
Quick update, went back the other day to buy the woc and left emptyhanded 
There were three I could choose from but when looking closer they unfortunately all had quality issues. A lot of glue, caviar starting to peel, something that looked like rubbing?, stitiching issues, some huge stitcholes and one was wonky as well… I honestly never saw so many issues on one bag in person...
Super bummed because allover these are very very beautiful, the beige hue is really well done and especially the chain is lovely and has a nice weight..
I´m medium picky, but those were too many issues to spend 2k+ on…

I am ordering mine through a personal shopper in Paris as this is the only way for me to get it.. the boutique there ordered a fresh /untouched one from the warehouse and I asked them to kindly check it. I am so sorry to read this, what a letdown! However, not that surprising given the overall direction over the past months/years. I always expect the worst (and recently had to ask the SM to re-order a piece which was less than impeccable). Still, what a bummer! Glad to read you declined to purchase, that’s the only way for us consumers to voice our opinion (not that they cared...yet). I wasn’t able to pick mine up and had to reschedule for next week, but will make sure to inspect it closely. Haha yes pls do make sure to inspect properly. Might have just been bad luck, but unfortunately the flaws on these seemed very consistent, so I decided to pass altogether.
Would have been nice to have, especially before a rumoured price increase...
So far I’ve always been able to find perfect-to-me pieces, but these were really bad.. one even had the clasp not properly attached..

Just a quick update. I had an appointment today close to Chanel so decided to go in and pick the WOC up. I didn’t even take pictures, it was not worth it. When I tried it on and touched it, the leather felt like plastic, the whole thing didn’t weigh anything. It had glue spots all over which could have been removed but my first impression was already ruined. Stuck with store credit now. No more remote purchases for me.
