I also got the 2 new feather fobs and a heart ring (being shipped from Jax).

Bravo! That tote really is something! Genius of you to put his name on the hangtag; gives it a touch of your flair. Now I reeeeeeally want a feather fob... Is the lighter one more of a grey, or cream? It looks different colors in different pictures.

Thank you I like to be different. The fob is more of a taupe colour...mixture of both. And you are right, I think it picks up on its surrounding colour.

My Coach store....my SA was kind enough to put the request in for me. Hope you can get it done too!

Lucky, I called Coach customer service and talked to a really nice lady and she said that there was no way that a store would monogram a whole name but who knows with customer service.
If anyone has any ideas about where I can take my tag to be monogrammed (coach or other stores) please let me know

They only do 3 letters...as mentioned "request"
