My advice is to do what makes you happy. These pieces clearly are not just calling your name they are shouting it! It sounds like you are really in love with the design so if you can afford it buy it all. And then wear it all if you so desire! I am at a point in my life where I don't give a hoot what others think of how I dress, wear my hair, whether or not they think my lipstick suits me. I am the only one whose opinion counts. So if these pieces make your heart beat faster and put a smile on your face then go for it. Life's too short.

Not validation but decision on what looks best...the forum ladies have a good eye for these things..better then my family and friends~lol

I love this design on you. The ring and bracelet look great together. The earrings might work as well depending on what you wear, but yes, I agree with most that all three together might be an overload that takes away from the lovely design.
That doesn't mean don't buy the earrings - buy them if you love them. Having all three will give you options. You can put them all on at once and do what Coco Chanel supposedly said.....take one thing off before you leave the house ;)
I concur on the watch, buy a watch from a watchmaker, if you really want a watch...IMO no one needs one unless you just adore watches.

I also go crazy with buying all the same style rings bracelets etc, but in this style I would say pass up the earrings even though they are cute. Maybe you can wear them with just the ring then I think it would work. Just keep the same print to 2 items or less
