I, myself do not use a bag insert for my picotin. But there is a thread that talks about various inserts/organizers.

What did you end up picking for insert? Just got my halzan 31 and also looking to find a lightweight insert... You can try white fox on Etsy, Juli’s linen inserts can be custom to be perfect fit. Mentioning Tonkamama for 10% discount.

Until you locate that perfect organizer, perhaps you can use a pouch.
That’s what I’m using to hold my Calvi, bastia, lip balm, and other smaller items. I know it can be hard to find what you are looking for when it’s all scattered inside. The whole pouch with everything inside will go into another purse when I do a change of purse. HTH!
