Battle of the Logo Bags: Which Would You Choose?

Fendi has one of the worse logo patterns, although it's not quite as awful as Dior or coach.

I think the best logo patterns are the onews that don't look like logo patterns first and foremost or look forced. I think LV did a great job. Gucci isn't my favourite, but it's much better than Fendi or Dior. Hermes has done a number of H patterns and some of them are nice too, often then just look like an abstract pattern if you don't know what you're looking for.

I thought the SAME THING about Celine and said it to my girl who works for Jimmy Choo in NYC. View attachment 4183154

Fantastic photo

Lanvin actually have a great logo with a JL in woven-stripe letters. The 'J' stands for Jeanne, the founder of Lanvin The stripes are made by the weave and all one colour so it's just the way the light plays on the jacquard, and all very 1970s looking.

But don't you think Fendi looks OK all one colour? (Hoping as I have a Fendi black dress like that, the Fs hardly visible until I move).

I always think it's funny how Chanel escapes our attention, there's no canvas pattern but logos are on almost everything, I have a scarf (gift) and the word CHANEL goes round the outside, it's so hard to hide.

Gucci :) Dionysus is one my go to bags in my collection at the moment. Great for travel & wears very well. You don't have to baby this bag when carrying....

Gucci is and always will be a classic. Fendi is trending right now & I've never been too impressed with their logo. I always tend to sell my Fendi bags shortly after buying, but I have a vast collection of vintage to current Gucci's.

While I agree that the traditional fendi logo just isn't as inspiring as some of the others, I also agree that the logo is sometimes used to a subtle effect that is lovely. I have a bag where the logo and the main color are close In color. The bag doesn't scream Fendi and IMO is great.

I will say I like the multicolor stripes that fendi uses on some of its bags. I belive it's called pequin. I truly think that's cute though I don't own anything in that pattern.

I’m into Fendi Pequin for sure. Not zucca at all. I prefer non-logo prints and designs, like DE and and Liberty of London’s iphis print. My Bally Bernina has a print canvas material that is abstract but if you look close the word Bally is in small print here and there so I guess that’s a logo print, too, although I didn’t even notice it until I went looking very close to analyze whether there was any logo or if the shapes were in an abstract B or something.
I’m right now on the fence about a givenchy monogram print blue denim canvas bag with leather trim. I don’t have any bags with a really loud and noticeable logo/mono print so this would be my first. What do you guys think about givenchy’s print?
This is not the exact bag but it’s similar to this:
