I think Fendi's monogram is probably going to have a moment in this 90s logo revival phase we are going through, but Gucci's, like LV's, has passed the test of time and will always be cool regardless whether it is or not on trend.

The Dior monogram is very popular at the moment, and it looks very cool in blue or pink, but as a design it really is not that great. I wonder whether Slimane will bring the Celine monogram back. It is certainly the right moment, although it was never a particularly inspired one. Clare Weight Keller has brought the old Givenchy logo back, which I think looks great in hardware. Wonder whether she will also use it as monogram. What else... All brands have mono versions in the 90s (even Hermes had a go)... I remember Loewe, again a logo that looks better on its own than as fabric.

My favorite is Gucci..

I thought the SAME THING about Celine and said it to my girl who works for Jimmy Choo in NYC. IMG_6599.jpg
