Are you planning to wear it outside of work setting? I have the no diamond and if I were to do it all over again after 7 years, would go with diamonds. But at the time, I was finding diamonds a little fussy and over the top, I am older now and my style has evolved.

I got mine with diamonds for my 45th birthday. I have worn it almost everyday for the last 6 years. My personal style is a pair of stud earrings and my watch. Very simple. I'm too lazy to put on more each day. I think life is too short. Wear what you love everyday.
