For me it is easier to tell which bags I buy at full price.
These are the bags I want in a certain color/hardware/size/leather combination and have limited availability.
E.g. I have a small Chloé Marcie sitting on my wishlist and though I only want the nut color I know it will be available somewhere with a good discount or cross my way on the preloved market in the future. No need to buy at full price.
Also on my wishlist is the SL Niki in large in a grey or beige color. Because I am not looking for a certain color I have no problem waiting until I find the one I like - preloved or on sale.
An example for a bag I am going to pay full price for is a white SL LouLou Puffer bag with crinkled leather and white hardware. It is on pre oder online and my SA ordered two for me - medium and small to compare. I haven’t seen them irl yet but if I love one of them and the quality is decent I would pay full price at the boutique. SL only delivers 30 pieces in Europe to the stores so I am pretty sure it would be nearly impossible to find one of them with a great discount.
Maybe they produce more if they sell well but that means it will take a lot of time before one of these bags enters the pre loved market.
