Bag repair in New York City

Hi, I just saw (on this thread and your other thread) that both BV and ML suggested that the entire bag be recolored which would indicate that it the proper route to take for this bag. I personally would not attempt to DIY on a corner but that is JMO

Hey everyone, so I have a slightly discolored but otherwise great Miu Miu bag that I scored preloved for a very reasonable price. I live in Brooklyn. Does anyone have a bag specialist they recommend?

I sent my white BV mini loop with discoloration/leather rubbing on one corner to Rago Brothers. They sent it back to me yesterday and it’s in brand new looking condition after they touched up the spot with wear. Highly recommend them!

I just had to come on here and praise Rago Brothers! I have previously used Leather Surgeon's and while they can do a good job, I had one issue with a bag handle that they did not fix well at all. I felt discouraged and thought nobody could fix it. I did have a positive experience with Rago Brother's fixing a pair of designer shoes, so I thought I would give them a try. I have to say Rago Brother's is PHENOMENAL!! My birkin handles look BRAND NEW and the price was so reasonable. I just want to share this for anybody looking for bag repair as I have had extensive experiences with LS, some good, some not as good. I will be using Rago Brother's for all of my bag repairs in the future
