What do you usually carry with you? The YSL bag seems to be very small in comparison to the Coach bag you posted so I'm wondering if you'll even be able to fit the essentials?
I really don't carry a lot. Here's a pic of what I need with me everyday. If the YSL bag didn't fit my essentials I would return it, wouldn't even think about it for a second longer.

I never paid Coach bags any attention until I saw a Rogue earlier this year. I now have 2 - a black one in the original, medium size and a beechwood colorblock in the smaller 25 size. They're great everyday bags for me that can be dressed up or down. The YSL bag is personally too small for me for an everyday basis (I see you travel light lol) and looks more like something I would downsize to for an evening out. The quality of the the Rogues is excellent and what's more fun than customizing your own bag? My vote is for the Rogue

wow your black Rogue looks delicious! One question for the 25 Rogue, do you find that the shape starts to slouch after use? I like the slouchy look of your black one a lot.

Thank you! I just moved into the 25 last Thursday so it looks exactly the same. All of the things I carry didn't fill up the black one, which is why it's slouchy. My 25 is full though, so I wouldn't be surprised if it stayed more structured because of that.

I see. do you happen to use the outside suede pockets much? I'm trying to get an idea of how functional those are. Thanks so much for helping me with my questions!

Not a problem! I use the outside pockets for my phone, mini skinny ID wallet, and other small items that I want to be able to get to more quickly. I don't put anything bulky in there to avoid stretching out the leather.

Hopefully it is okay if I just jump in...in the Rogue 25 I really only use the side pockets for my iPhone 5, or to stash a receipt or two on the go. I think a thin card case or something would also fit fine in there. There is not quite as much room in the side pockets in the Rogue 25 when the middle compartment is full compared to the regular Rogue, especially if you do not want to stretch out the leather. In the regular Rogue I can stash tons in the side pockets - maybe not all at once but some of these at onces for sure: a full length KS zip wallet, iPhone, my ipad Mini - and I tend to use them quite a lot especially when on the go.

That is super helpful, thanks! I think I'm definitely getting one MTO. I'm in the talks with Kyle. I just can't decide 100% on the inside lining. Going to head over to the Coach MTO thread...

You're spot on, this has been my experience with both sizes as well!

Yayyy!!! So excited for you

Fair enough, but Stuart Vevers has been creative director at Mulberry and Loewe (and prior to that worked at LV, Givenchy, BV) and has brought that experience and applied it to Coach, so I don't think it's fair to imply a Vever's Coach - especially a custom bag with exotics - is not worth its retail price, even if you yourself would not pay that. The Coach 1941 line is very different than what people have (sadly) come to associate with Coach.

I will also say....a bag can be high(er) end without being from a premium designer, and a premium designer can also put out a rather poor product, too. It is about the materials and construction, not just the name slapped on the bag. This is not speaking about the YSL v. Rogue 25, this is just generalities, as it goes for ANY bag in my view. Unless your point was actually you would not pay that much for a non-premium designer. which fair enough, for some people the premium name is also an important factor in how they value items.
I tend to dismiss and ignore people who say....oh I would never buy a Coach...or a ....or a........
Arrogant and smells.

I'm not a fan of either brand. I'll pick ysl because it is returnable if u change your mind [emoji4] I think many designers are still releasing fw17? I don't think u should buy unless u are 100%
