Congrats! I'll echo what others have said, it seems within the range of normal for an H bag, especially a larger one, and a bag liner will make a world of difference if the slouch bothers you.

The great thing about leather bags is that often you can reshape them by using an insert or stuffing the bag and storing it for awhile so it reshapes itself.

I don’t have a B35 in Togo, but I do own a K28 in Togo. Here is how she looks. She’s a retourne and has had this slouch when I bought her. So I think maybe it’s normal. But if it bothers you, I’d exchange if possible.
