B25 noir matte croc touch.. what do you think of it?

It's beautiful, but 1) you have to be comfortable with wear on the handles or you'll be covering up the croc with a twilly which IMHO looks awful on a Touch 2) you barely see the flap unless you close your Birkin. So, it's a subtle difference that needs to make you super happy.
I would agree that if you want a full exotic, try to go for the full monty - BUT that can be a lot of exotic and definitely not subtle.... if you just want that slight touch of exotic go for the Touch.

I did a quick search and found post #727 that states SAs do get some commission on exotic QB. This suggests to my mind that if you decide later on that you would like one, an opportunity may come around again. That also comports with my own offers and with posts from others stating that some coveted items are available in exotic but not regular leather at some flagships. (Of course that’s also due to significantly higher price point too).

Of course, when you see the bag, if you love it, i truly believe that should be your only criteria no matter what all of us say. We are strangers, and you will know best whether the exotic trim and flap are worth the surcharge. Trust your gut instincts. And, if you decide to purchase and post on latest H purchase thread, all of us will be happy to celebrate with you. It’s only bc your opening post was whether the touch warranted the extra 10K that any of us are moderately critical.

ETA: thank you to @acrowcounted for the correction directly below. I also edited to highlight text above to clarify that I did not hear this commission factoid on my own. Some of my offers while I waited for my gold 25B sellier epsom happened to be exotic and touch, and since I am not a VIP, those offers led me to believe they weren’t entirely rare lol.
