OMG! I can't believe what happen to me today. I went to Nordstrom to return the Miss Bamboo handbag. I was telling the SA what happened; I was suppose to receive the Daily Flap, the SA waited 10 days to send it and when I told him it was the wrong bag he said they never carried the flap.
The SA Daniel they were out the of color I wanted, but did I want him to ask the manager to sell me the red one for the sale price. I said SURE. The manager, Leslie was so nice. She read my texts, said I didn't get what I wanted, to make the customer satisfied and told Daniel to sell me the red at the sale price.
Woo Hoo! Nordstrom is AWESOME. Shout out to Daniel if you're reading this.

I emailed customer service regarding a refund of my return shipping and it was denied, for anyone trying. I didn't bother calling since I didn't have the time out of my work schedule to be put on hold for so long. Good luck to anyone who wants to go down that path!

I bought the black Studded Soho Hobo with chain straps. This is my FIRST Gucci bag! It is gorgeous...it bit edgy and just my style:) I am usually an LV and Hermes girl, but I am liking the styles of Gucci. I couldn't believe the great deal!

That's horrible!! I ended up returning my items too. It totally sucks that they don't allow sale returns in store!
