I’ve been wanting the YG Guilloche bracelet for some time now and have popped into several stores while traveling to see if it would serendipitously be available for purchase. I’m told by advisors that I can place an order for one but it would be about 4 months or so.

I’ve also been checking the website daily to see if it’s available for purchase. I called into customer service and was put on their waiting list which the sweet representative told me is about 6-12 months long? Strange that they seem to have differing timelines, but it must be different inventory.

My question to you all… if you have a YG Guilloche bracelet, did you order yours online or find it available in store? Or did you order it in the store? How long did it take for you to get it in hand?

We just paid the full amount to order the YG Guilloche bracelet a week ago. I was told 2-4 weeks so I hope that’s true. I’m very excited to get this in time for my anniversary at the end of the month.

I’m still waiting for mine. We paid in full for the YG Guilloche bracelet. My 2-4 week wait is now on week 5. Called the boutique yesterday and now they are saying VCA shuts down for the whole month of August so it will be longer. What??? then why did the SA tell me on August 6th that I could get a bracelet in 2-4 weeks? I’ve heard so many conflicting stories for these hard to get pieces.

e-boutique and local boutiques do get different shipment, and even every boutique get different pieces and quantity allocated to them. your best bet is to deposit for one at your nearby boutique, and then call e-boutique everyday to do an inventory check for the the boutiques all over your country since inventory does change everyday. if you happen to snatch one from the website or e-boutique, you can always text your SA to cancel the order so you get the refund on the deposit.

I called the CS number and the guy I spoke with say you have to pay 100% deposit. Is this new or does the deposit amount vary between online and in store. I do have an appt next week to confirm but wanted to see what you alls experience was. I’m in US.

For items that are out of stock we now have to prepay 100%, but it is refundable at any time if you change your mind, even if you do not like it when it arrives (more pertinent for stones with color variation).
