Scarves Autumn/Winter 2020 scarves

I actually got to the store this week, after six months away! I was there to look for Promenades but they didn't have any.

So I asked to look at the Legende de la Forets, and was shocked to really like CW04. The base is a more tomato-y red than I like, and there's a lot of yellow going on, and an orange hem, all of which are normally dealbreakers for me. I tried the others and kept coming back to it, but finally put it back because I have a similar warm red "busy" scarf in Fleurs de Giverny, which has a pattern that I like much better.

Then I fled to my safe colors and actually bought Animapolis from last year in teals, blues, and that luscious dark red. I am a chicken.

Some quick pics of my latest purchases. I'm done except for wanting Jardins de Soie CSGM and I would really like the 70 Promenade de Paris, but I think I missed out on that, a couple came on the Canadian website and were gone in a flash and surprisingly, none were in store.
Tapis de Selle cw15 (Don't normally wear white, but I'm surprised how much I like this scarf with a white top - note to self - must buy a white sweater for fall/winter).
La Danse des Amazones cw09 (this looks nice with blue, but I have to admit now looking at in the picture there is more brown than I would like and having second thoughts, if new cws come in next week, I may go in and take look.
La Legende de La Foret cw02 (absolutely in love), This and Les Toucans are my favorite 90s for the season.
Plumes en Fete CSGM cw10 (Nice red, not to loud, will wear this alot with grey and black, and maybe even pink, since there is are some pink feathers.

I love the Plumes in this color. It looks to be a warmer red than is shown on the Hermes site. Congratulations on your purchases.

However, this Tapis de Selle was completely off my radar - and I think it genuinely fills a niche for me. Loooooove the colors (although it would be nice to see the Della Cavalleria)...has anyone else fallen or this one?

hese are all amazing... My favorite of the bunch being the pink Legendes de la Foret... Such a gorgeous shade of pink and looks fabulous on you... The Plumes CSGM is fabulous as well... gorgeous, rich shade and those feathers! You will get tons of mileage from this one

That is...gorgeous. Thank you for your pictures! I wasn't really considering this CSGM based on the few colorways available on the US website, but this caramel/blanc/gris is divine. Nicely paired with leather; I didn't think of that.

Totally agree. I noticed Singapore and Hong Kong sites in particular are getting the best colorways.

I too missed out on the 70 Promenade de Paris on the Canadian website - and was irritated because my SA actually said Canada hadn't ordered any at all of this design (apparently 70s don't do well here so few are ever ordered). It's a re-issue of classic Ledoux (who I like as a designer) so it would be great too have - I guess will have to look internationally if Covid ever releases us to be free to travel the world again.......

Oh my!! I love them both! Thanks for both references! I am now interested in the red Legende. I have the white, but wow the red. And wow I love love the giverny in red. Haven’t seen that in a long while. I have the white in that one too and it is my top favorite in my collection, my most versatile with how I dress I guess .

Thanks! I have the white Giverny too, and, um, the lavender. It's the first design I really let myself buy multiples. The two pastel versions are very gentle and the red... not.

I really should. For that matter I should take myself out for a spin. I've been WFH for 6 months now and it gets harder and harder to leave the house!
