Any info on 70 cm designs

From a earlier post by @Angelian

There are four 70s coming, none of them tattoo-style. All true designs (not graphic) in vintage silk; three classics and one remix of a classic.

Oh! I had decided that I had reached the end of my scarf buying era:

• I am so very ill and spend most days in bed. I will not get better.
• I haven’t worn any scarves for months.
• I don’t have any more room for scarves.
• people like me don’t buy H scarves!

I have been collecting older scarves with an “Ancient History” theme. That Greek helmet. Those Ancient Greek motifs!

And DH has said that I can buy one shawl! I want Plumes en Fête!

I think it looks much too similar to Acte III, only with an added four-different-sides border. But safe choice for H, although I wonder how many will buy this design if they already own Acte III.

Well, I own one CW of Acte III in the 90 and the new design doesn’t resemble it at all, IMO... The theme, the graphics, the borders, all have a distinct character of their own... Of course, they both are unmistakably the work of Baribeaud. I am loving the thick, beautifully grahic, varied borders of the new design... And, Athena’s owl (my spirit animal)... This will be a hard one to resist

I need green because I need another blue scarf like a hole in the head! I love the jauntiness of the toucans - Katie Scott has such a gift for lovingly expressing the unique forms of her subjects.

Oh man. I am so excited by the toucan scarf because they are my favorite animals and I was disappointed by the toucan 140 that came out last season (too busy). This design is gorgeous laid flat and the colors look lovely on you! But now I'm wondering whether the toucans don't end up completely obscured in bias fold, leaving you with just feathers in which case it's going to be too similar to Plumes en Fete which I bought last season. In any case can't wait to try this in store. Thank you for posting your modshot!

And the first CW gives me hope for some beautiful scarves coming, love the black background with those colours!
